How soon can I get an appointment?
I offer Speech and Language Therapy during term time only and may offer review appointments during the summer holidays. During busy periods I may close my diary to new referrals for a time. Autism assessments may still be available while my diary is closed to new Speech and Language clients.

Autism assessment waiting times vary and it may be that the waiting time runs to around 16 weeks. We aim to gather relevant information during this waiting time however.
Can my child also be seen by an NHS therapist?
Yes. With your consent I will liaise with your child's NHS therapist as this will help ensure the most effective outcome.
Where are appointments carried out?
My office address is 6 The Square Ballygowan. By special request it may be possible to arrange appointments in other settings. Travel is charged at the standard rate of 45p per mile and there may be an additional charge for travel time to locations outside of the areas local to Ballygowan.
How long will my report take?
I ensure each report is completed in a timely manner and generally the first draft is available within around 3 weeks of the initial assessment. During holiday periods there may be a slightly longer report turnaround time.
